The new park is part of a larger scale strategy of binding green areas, the future Bună Ziua neighborhood Park, the future green lanes of Sopor Park and the future East Park. It is envisioned to be surrounded and traversed by a vast park, hinting at the Miko Garden and the medical facilities surrounding it. The proposed Clinical Emergency Children’s Hospital will occupy the eastern side of the plot. At the current time, the site manages to pinpoint a major dysfunctionality of the surrounding areas, but also offers the opportunity to improve and heal the urban environment. These facts further translate into vast green areas that are inaccessible to the neighborhood, a neighborhood that lacks structure or urban amenities and relies solely on the facilities provided at a greater distance by the city.
